I am resident of Putra Place since January 2010. I am satisfied and happy to stay in this condo and would like to share the details about this condo as much as possible. Hopefully I could help some of you especially those who are interested to buy or rent in this condo before they make any decision. hi, i am fm Langkawi and recently visited a friend at Putra Place.
May i know what's the current rental rate like in this condominium?
As i am re-locating to Penang at yr end and also an avid tennis player, i wonder if the 2 tennis courts at this condo is being well utilised n maintained?
